I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer who is COMFORTABLE WITH CHANGE!
Fueled by data, problem solving and collaboration, I enjoy meeting with SMEs and stakeholders to grasp company and learner NEEDS before designing and developing a learning path that will bridge the gap creating impactful CHANGE!
I spent the majority of my career designing and delivering instructor led and virtual instructor led trainings (ILT & VILT) to diverse learners through a variety of modalities using deliverables and job aids for enhancing knowledge transfer. When I saw the need for CHANGE, I EVOLVED my expertise in eLearning, blended learning, vILT and microlearning to meet the varying learning demands of the busy world we operate in.

When I am not working in eLearning land, you can find me flipping a cabin, managing our family business and spending time surrounded by people I enjoy doing things that fill my soul! I enjoy all things outdoors including: hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and beach days. When I am not out adventuring, you can find me at a ball field or mat side cheering on my favorite little humans while coordinating all the mom life things!
Summers are for baseball! I'd argue they are for beach days as well!
I said I like fishing! I didn't say I was good at it!
When WI gives us beautiful winters, we make the best of them!
Rain or shine we always have an adventure in mind! Glacier NP was a favorite for us!
